"The Rheology of Foams and Emulsions" was a very successful meeting, held on 10-11 December 2007 at Imperial College London's Royal School of Mines. We had a full programme of excellent talks, along with the prizewinners' lectures for both the Annual Award (Gerry Meeten) and the Vernon Harrison Award (Tim Reis). There were some excellent posters: the BSR-TA poster prize was awarded to Line Do from the University of Nottingham (pictured receiving her award from TA's Peter Hodder). Her poster was on The impact of some formulation andstructural parameters on the viscosity of reduced fat chocolate.
